This straight razor style shavette is a light-weight razor that with a black plastic handle.
The blade holder is 100% stainless steel which helps reduce corrosion.
It also comes with 5 double edge blades that you snap in half for 10 blades.
This is a nice starter kit on Amazon since it comes with a few blades already.
You may want to add on a blade variety pack as there is quite a bit of difference in the brands that will affect your shave.
Depending on your beard type, you may get anywhere from 3-5 shaves out of each blade before it begins to dull.
However, the blades are very cheap so you may decide to use a fresh one after each shave. Or if you use this as barber, you will easily be able to change the blades for each customer.

The blade holder easily slides out like an exacto knife. Once it is out simply clip the blade into the holder.
You will want to make sure it is securely in place before you slide back into place.
When you slide it back in, if one sides sticks out more than the other then you have not clipped in place so you should take it back out and make sure it is in place.
Be careful when changing the blades as the edges are very sharp.
Try to only handle the blade by the sides that do not have a sharp edge.
