If you liked the 26C handle from Parker, then you will love the design on the Parker 65R. Are you tired of spending hundreds of dollars each year on disposable cartridge razors? Or do you need a closer shave than you are currently getting with your electric shaver?

Anyone who wants a great razor that will last for years to come. This is a stylish razor that is made well and will do its job equally well if not better than other brand name razors out there like Merkur.

This may be good for you if you have sensitive skin or if you don’t have particularly heavy facial hair.
It is four inches long and has a nice weight to it. This is great because it gives the razor a nice balance so you don’t have to really apply pressure when shaving. Just let the razor do its thing!
Parker uses solid brass frames which is where they get their weight from and why they feel sturdy in your grip.
Then handle on this has beautiful gold inlays that even your wife will enjoy. However, the texture still provides a great non-slip handle that you will feel comfortable using.
The screw off head provides a better alignment for the blade than some of their butterfly opening models. This really dumbs down the process of changing the blade, it is hard to mess up.
Most of the complaints, as usual, are people who are new to wet shaving that cut themselves as they are not used to the technique. Please remember, you cannot shave the same as you do with a 5-blade disposable razor. Go slow!
However, some more useful comments are that the head as a moderate profile which can make it a little difficult to get under your nose.
Some also say it is on the aggressive side. But again, could these reviewers just not be used to wet shaving?
